  • Michelle Zatlyn, Co-Founder, President and COO of Cloudflare, will kick off the Summit in conversation with Michael Buhr. She will share her journey of building a global tech leader and how they broke through scale barriers. 
  • Sukhinder Singh Cassidy, CEO of Xero, will join Janet Bannister, Managing Partner of Staircase Ventures, to explore themes like scaling ventures, managing public companies, and fostering innovation in leadership.
  • David Baszucki, Founder and CEO of Roblox, will share his path to building a $5B global platform and discuss the role of community and creativity in scaling innovation with Anthony Lee, Managing Director of Altos Ventures.
  • Joanna Griffiths, Founder and President of Knix, and Satish Kanwar, Co-Founder of Good Future, will discuss navigating growth and mentorship and offer strategies for scaling while maintaining a strong leadership approach.
  • Jack Newton and Curt Sigfstead of Clio will share their story of scaling a global legal tech company, from building high-calibre teams to the mechanics of raising a Series F and maintaining culture across international markets, with Geneviève Bouthillier of BDC.
  • Katherine Homuth, Founder and CEO of Sheertex and Martin Basiri, Founder and CEO of Passage, will explore how Canada’s tech ecosystem can better support entrepreneurs pursuing bold, transformative ideas, focusing on redefining risk, rethinking investment strategies, and fostering a culture that celebrates ambition and resilience with Sean Silcoff of the Globe and Mail.  
  • Mike Wessinger, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of PointClickCare will reflect on scaling a billion-dollar healthcare tech leader in Canada and share actionable strategies for fostering innovation and leveraging Canadian advantages.
